To qualify for FREE birth control services, you must:

  • Be a woman 15-44 years old.

  • Be a U.S. citizen living in Wisconsin.

  • Not receive Wisconsin Medicaid, Badger Care, or Healthy Start.

  • Meet the monthly income requirements;
    Have an income at or below:
      one-person household - $1,435
      two person household - $1,926
